1) Specific Sheet Forming Procedure
Due to the modern forming machinery of KAMARIDIS GLOBAL WIRE S.A, the special sheet forming procedure of InsoTile manufacturing results in the maintenance of the metal durability.
2) Variations of tile length
The standard tile length is 350 mm. The length of InsoTile varies from 2100 mm to 15400 mm multiplied by 350 mm.
3) Lightweight – Durability
InsoTile weighs approx. 12 kg/m2, in other words only 1/3 of the corresponding ceramic tile weight. The material strength ensures full roof load capacity, without any deflections.
4) Application in Low Pitched Roofs
InsoTile is the only product in the form of tile, which can be used for two-sided and multiple-sided roofs with a minimum pitch of 13%.
5) Water Tightness
The special sheet forming and the double profile overlapping make InsoTile completely watertight against any water inflow.
6) Reduced Construction Cost
InsoTile is the only product which offers a traditional appearance without the additional costs for roof felts, battens and separate insulating material. Due to its lightweight InsoTile offers savings on roof support structure, faster construction time and generally an aesthetical and earthquake safe construction.

Material Specifications
1. Sheet Steel
KAMARIDIS GLOBAL WIRE S.A. offers Prime Repainted Galvanized steel sheets in lock Forming Quality: S280, zinc coated Z-140 according to EN 10142, EN 10147. Thickness 50 % according to EN 10143.
2. Paint Coat
– Top side: 5mic Primer + 20mic Regular Polyester (25 mic total)
– Back side: 10-12mic Regular Service Coat (suitable for Polyurethane foam)
3. Core
– Density 40-42 Kg/m3
– Fire Resistance: POL type B3 – B2
– Percentage of closed cells: 95-98%
– Shrinkage to the cuts: +- 4mm
Physical Characteristics
Odorless, does not permit the creation of mould and mycosis, it remains chemically neutral, and the humidity does not affect the mechanical properties. It shows sensitivity on its surface because of the exposure to the sun radiation and its contact with the water.
Distention
For the distention of the foam we use pentane, which is friendly for the ozone layer and the environment in general since it is CFC & HCFC Free.
